Teddy'S Favorite Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. salt
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar
food coloring

Preparation

Cook 3 minutes to the consistency of mashed potatoes.
Turn out on waxed paper to cool.
Knead a bit.
Store in a plastic bag or other airtight container.
The cream of tartar gives this mixture a \"bounce!\"
