Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon-sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
    Roll into balls and drop and roll in the cinnamon and sugar mixture, spoonful size.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
