Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 c. water
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Cook raisins in water until tender, then mix sugar, cornstarch, milk and egg yolks. Add to the cooled raisins.
Cook until thick. Add 2 tablespoons margarine. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue; brown.
