Nutritious Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 c. old-fashioned oats
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl combine brown sugar, eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Stir into batter.
    Stir in oats, chocolate chips and raisins. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Remove immediately.
    Yields 3 1/2 or 4 dozen.
