Executive Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chives
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins.
    Chill.
    When cool, peel and grate into casserole dish.
    Combine 1/4 cup butter, cheese, chives, salt, pepper and sour cream.
    Blend well; pour over potatoes. Stir gently.
    Dot top with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
