Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cauliflower
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Boil whole cauliflower in salted water until just under cooked, about 15 minutes.
