Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
salt to taste
water to cover
4 eggs
Preparation

Shred the cabbage.
Place in a saucepan with salt and water. Boil 3 to 5 minutes; do not overcook.
Drain well.
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs.
Add the cabbage and stir until well blended. Deep fry by tablespoonfuls in hot oil.
Serves 10.
