Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
2/3 c. milk
1 c. Fiber One cereal, crushed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine or butter, softened
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans.
Mix bananas, milk, cereal and vanilla with spoon in small bowl.
Let stand about 5 minutes or until cereal is softened.
Mix sugar and margarine in large bowl; stir in eggs until well blended.
Beat in banana mixture.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour in pans. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
