Beef Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. beef, cubed
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup plus 1 can water
    1 can chicken rice soup plus 1 can water
    1 small can sliced mushrooms with liquid
    1/2 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Brown meat; add celery and onion.
    Add soups, water and other ingredients.
    Heat to slow boil.
    Pour into greased casserole pan. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and cook for about 1 hour.
    Stir casserole during baking so rice does not remain on bottom.
