Tomato Italian Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Campbell's Italian soup
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. dry prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt (if desired)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. ground or minced fresh herbs (basil, rosemary, etc.)
Preparation
    Combine all and chill until needed.
    Sometimes I add more water to have a lighter dressing.
    Good on grapefruit, olive and bibb lettuce salad.
