Tuna Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg
    1/3 c. Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper (optional)
    3/4 c. bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except 3/4 crumbs.
    Form 6 patties, coating with 3/4 crumbs.
    Spray Pam on cookie sheet and place patties on sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, or heat 2 tablespoons oil and fry in pan.
    Flip and add another 1 tablespoon oil.
