Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large carrot, shredded
    1 c. sauerkraut
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small jar pimento
Preparation
    Drain and rinse kraut in cold water.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
