Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    50 Ritz crackers, crushed
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts (save 2/3 c. for topping)
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 (6 oz.) frozen lemonade
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine, mix with crumbs and walnuts; pat into a 9 x 13 -inch pan.
    Mix Cool Whip, frozen lemonade and milk.
    Pour over crust, top with 2/3 cup of crumbs.
    Refrigerate overnight.
