Apricot Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cut-up chicken
    1 jar apricot preserves
    1 jar Russian dressing
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix soup, preserves, dressing, salt and pepper.
    Pour over chicken parts in a flat pan.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours; uncover for another 1/2 hour.
    Serve with rice, noodles and a salad.
