Scallops Thermidor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked scallops
    4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut large scallops in half.
    Fry mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.
    Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Add milk gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add scallops and parsley. Place in a prebaked pie shell (8-inch deep dish works best). Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake in a hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese browns.
    Serves 6.
