Salmon-Macaroni Pie - cooking recipe

4 eggs, beaten
2 (15 oz.) cans macaroni in cheese sauce
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, boned, skin removed and broken into chunks
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. shredded sharp American cheese (4 oz.)
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together beaten eggs, macaroni in cheese sauce, salmon chunks, soft bread crumbs, shredded American cheese and salt.
Turn mixture into a greased 10-inch oven-going skillet or a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until set in center, 40 to 45 minutes. Cut in wedges or squares. Garnish each serving with a parsley sprig.
