Apple Walnut Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for two crust pie
4 1/2 c. apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. raisins
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine
apples,
spices,
sugar,
walnuts and raisins. Line pie
pan
with
pastry,
place apple mixture in pan.
Dot with butter; place top crust on and seal edges.
Cut slits for escape of steam.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
