Lasagna Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. mild taco sauce
    3 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    6 curly edge lasagna noodles, cooked to firm stage, drained and spread out on paper towels
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain well.
    Stir in seasoning mix and water. Simmer until thickened (few minutes).
    Stir in refried beans. Spread about 1/2 cup mixture over each noodle.
    Sprinkle each noodle lightly with Cheddar cheese.
    Roll up noodles carefully, so filling does not ooze out.
    Spread 1/4 cup taco sauce in microwavable dish before adding lasagna.
    Arrange seam side down in a prepared dish.
    Top with remaining taco sauce.
    Cover with vented plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High for 7 to 9 minutes (rotate dish after 4 minutes).
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Cover about 5 minutes and let stand until cheese has melted, but still looks shredded.
