Country Morning Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. roasted garlic butter (Land O' Lakes)
    4 c. frozen potatoes O'Brien (hash browns with bell pepper and onion
    1 c. crumbled crisp bacon
    1 doz. large eggs
    1/2 c. water
    Cavender's greek seasoning, to taste
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar/Jack cheese
Preparation
    Heat garlic butter in large skillet.
    Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with bacon and stir.
    Beat together the eggs, water, seasoning, and parsley. Add to skillet and scramble until eggs are set.
    Stir in sour cream and cheese. Serve warm.
