Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak
    2 sliced onions
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Cut tenderized round steak into finger size strips.
    Flour and brown in oil.
    Remove steak and saute onions and mushrooms in oil. Drain off fat.
    Add canned tomatoes and pour all into skillet again.
    Add water to cover.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove from heat and add sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
    Gently simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
