Crock-Pot Chicken Or Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz.) chicken breasts, skinned and boned (or turkey breast)
    1 jar L.J. celery or Italian dressing (Kroger)
    8 oz. water
    1 c. sliced zucchini
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 c. green beans
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 carrots, sliced
Preparation
    Place all ingredients
    in
    crock-pot and cover. Cook on low for 10 hours or high for 5 hours.
    Recipe equals 4 protein units, unlimited lo-veg.
