Orange Carrot Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz. each) pkg. orange-flavored gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    3 oranges, peeled and sectioned
    3 Tbsp. sliced scallions
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water and lemon juice.
    Pour 3/4 cup of the mixture into 6-cup mold.
    Chill until set, but not firm.
    Arrange several orange sections, overlapping, over gelatin.
    Add another 1/2 cup gelatin.
    Chill until set, but not firm.
