Peachy Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 egg
    1 2/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 to 2 c. peaches, chopped
Preparation
    Place dry ingredients in mixing bowl; stir to combine .
    Beat egg, stir in milk.
    Add melted margarine with milk and egg mixture.
    Stir to combine.
    Stir in peaches.
    Fry as you do for pancakes.
    Top with margarine and sprinkle with sugar.
