Crab Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Healthy Choice fat-free Mozzarella cheese
    1/3 c. green onion (including tops), chopped
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. dry Butter Buds
    1/4 tsp. lite salt (optional)
    1 c. flour
    1 c. Egg Beaters
Preparation
    Mix together the first 6 ingredients; set aside.
    Boil water, Butter Buds and salt in saucepan.
    Reduce heat.
    Gradually add flour.
    Stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball.
    Remove from heat; cool 10 minutes.
    Stir in Egg Beaters, beating with a wooden spoon.
    When smooth, add crab mixture.
    Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto sprayed baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 more minutes (freezes well).
    Serves 48.
