Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (5 oz.) cans boned chicken
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. celery, diced
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1 c. crushed potato chips (save some for top)
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all together.
Place in 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining chips. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
