Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag hash brown potatoes, frozen
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 carton sour cream (more than 8 oz. and less than 16 oz.)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    parsley
    salt
    pepper
    bacon bits
    1/4 c. milk
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Stir all together.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Dot with butter and cover with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
