Chicken-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1 c. rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can milk (equal amount milk to soup)
Preparation
    Spread rice over bottom of shallow pan.
    Place chicken on rice; season to taste and pour soup and milk (mixed together) over the chicken.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Cover pan with foil before baking.
