Arroz Con Pollo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut apart
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 small garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 bouillon cubes
    1 c. raw long grain rice
    a little water
    paprika to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 small can pimentos
    1/2 lb. precooked pork sausage
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
Preparation
    Season chicken pieces.
    Place all ingredients, except rice and peas, in pot.
    Cover and cook for 2 hours on low heat.
    Add rice and peas.
    Cook for another 1 1/2 hours until tender.
