Creole Meat Seasoning - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salt
3/4 c. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 c. paprika
3/4 c. granulated or powdered garlic
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into a large glass jar.
Seal tightly.
Keeps indefinitely.
