St. Patrick'S Day Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1/2 pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 (8 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    a little green food coloring
Preparation
    Combine the first three ingredients and set aside.
    Combine all the ingredients in order, then add the first mixture.
    Pour into a ring mold and chill completely.
