Cream Of Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. crescent chicken soup base or bouillon
Preparation
    Boil chicken in 2 cups water until cooked.
    In large saucepan, melt butter; add flour and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring.
    Add 1 cup of broth used to cook chicken in.
    Add as much milk as needed to make a medium sauce.
    Add soup base or bouillon cube.
    Bone and cut chicken meat into cubes; add to sauce.
    Serve over mashed potatoes or biscuits; great with peas!
