Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten light and foamy
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. mashed bananas
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 to 3/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Add to the eggs the oil, vanilla, brown sugar and bananas; beat well.
    Sift together the dry ingredients.
    Add wet and dry ingredients together and mix well. Add nuts.
    Bake 1 hour or until done when tested at 325\u00b0 in 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    When done, remove from pans at once.
    Makes 2 loaves.
