Spicy Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ripe tomatoes
    2 cucumbers
    2 red peppers
    1 jalapeno pepper
    2 medium onions
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. fresh cilantro, minced
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 c. V-8 juice
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and onions in a food processor until finely cut, but not pureed.
    Combine with remaining ingredients.
    Chill.
    Serves 8.
    Contains 90 calories per 1-cup serving.
