Sour Cream Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. shortening
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. melted semi-sweet chocolate or 12 Tbsp. cocoa and 4 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix together.
Put in greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes for 2 round pans, 40 to 45 minutes for 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Goes good with Decorating Icing.
