German Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can sauerkraut (water rinsed)
    1/2 c. celery
    1/4 c. green pepper, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    14 oz. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    sweetener to taste (about 1 tsp.; optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain and turn on paper towel.
    Drain fat well. Rinse sauerkraut and drain.
    Add all ingredients together in skillet and mix well.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes over low heat or put in casserole, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serves 2.
