Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 egg
Preparation

Mix the 2 cans of corn (undrained) with all of the remaining ingredients, making sure sour cream and margarine are mixed in well.
Pour into 7 x 11-inch casserole.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown and the center is firm.
