Low-Fat Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large carrots
    2 medium potatoes
    4 c. water
    1 Knorr vegetarian vegetable bouillon
    fresh or powdered garlic
Preparation
    Peel and dice carrots and potatoes.
    Add them to 4 cups water. Cook until tender.
    Blend with water.
    Pour back into pot, add bouillon and garlic.
    Simmer for a few minutes.
    Serve hot.
