June'S Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. blueberries
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Mix 1 pint blueberries, flour, butter, salt and lemon juice together in heavy saucepan.
Add sugars.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
Do not add liquid.
Cook until mix thickens, about 5 minutes.
Cool; add remaining blueberries.
Fill pie shell with blueberry mixture and chill.
When ready to serve, top with sweetened whipped cream.
