Country Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine
    1 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    A touch of country with a taste like home churned butter. Leave margarine at room temperature to soften for a couple of hours.
    Beat with a blender or beater all ingredients.
    Fold into bowl and cover.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
    Can be frozen for several months.
    To save time and money, freeze several at a time.
    The cheapest stick margarine may be used or if need be, corn oil or a reasonable facsimile for cholesterol problems.
