Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. yellow squash
3 tsp. butter
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. grated Cheddar or cubed Velveeta
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

Cook squash and onion until tender in small amount of water. Remove from heat; add salt, pepper and butter.
Mix cracker crumbs, egg, milk and 1/2 of cheese.
Then add to squash.
Stir until well blended.
Pour into casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how hot your squash is.
