4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 stick oleo
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 small can Angel Flake coconut
pinch of salt
2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Beat eggs in blender. Slowly add sugar; add oleo and salt, then pineapple and coconut. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
