Ingredients

1/2 bag Ideal whole baby carrots (frozen)
3 Tbsp. Louella butter
3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
Preparation

Add carrots to salted boiling water.
Bring quickly to a boil. Cover; reduce heat.
Cook gently until tender (about 10 minutes). Melt butter in small pan.
Add sugar.
Cook until dissolved. Coat drained carrots well.
Serves 6.
