Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. Chinese 5 Spice
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler/fryer, cut in half
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    6 c. shredded iceberg lettuce
    3 green onions with tops, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. coriander, chopped
    1/2 c. salted cashews or peanuts, chopped
    2 to 3 c. deep-fried bean threads or rice stick
    Lemon Dressing
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients, rub over chicken halves.
    Place chicken, skin side up, in a pan.
    Pour over any extra soy mixture. Baked at 400\u00b0 until done.
    Skin and bone chicken and cut into thin strips.
    Spread sesame seed in a pan over low heat, shaking until seed turns golden and begins to pop.
    In a salad bowl, mix chicken, lettuce, onion, coriander, sesame seed and nuts.
    Add dressing and noodles.
