Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can flaked salmon
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 c. peas
Preparation
    Add lemon juice to salmon; set aside.
    In saucepan, melt butter, then blend in flour, salt and milk.
    Cook to a smooth sauce.
    Add onion, celery, eggs, bread crumbs, peas and salmon. Bake at 350\u00b0 in greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan for 45 minutes.
