Ingredients

2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs

Preparation

Beat all ingredients together until well blended.
Bake in pie crust at 350\u00b0 until the filling is firm.
(Use top and bottom crust; sprinkle sugar over top crust.)
