Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. shredded cheese
    2 pie shells
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onion and bell pepper until meat is browned; drain.
    Add salt and soups and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour into 2 pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 until shells are brown.
    Turn oven off; add cheese to tops of pies and let them stand in the oven until cheese is melted.
