Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    white mushrooms
    Ritz crackers
    oregano
    basil
    pepper
    garlic powder
    1/4 lb. butter
    broccoli or cauliflower (or whatever you like)
    cheese
Preparation
    Hollow out mushrooms; dip in melted butter.
    Place in shallow pan.
    Chop up mushroom pieces left and broccoli/cauliflower pieces.
    Set aside.
    Crumble up a dozen Ritz crackers.
    Add basil, pepper, oregano and garlic powder to taste.
    Mix well; add chopped vegetables and mix again.
    Add rest of melted butter and mix until all is moist.
    Stuff mixture into mushroom caps.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove; top with your favorite cheese and continue baking until cheese melts.
