Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. squash
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. carrots, shredded
    1 c cheddar cheese, grated
    17 oz herb seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge is best)
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion then drain.
    Combine soup and sour cream, then carrots.
    Mix with squash and onions.
    Melt margarine in skillet and coat stuffing mix.
    Spread half of the stuffing mix in a 9 x 12 cake pan.
    Add vegetable mixture then cheese.
    Top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
