Leftover Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked and chopped turkey
2 c. cooked rice
4 Tbsp. chopped onions
2 (8 oz.) cans water chestnuts
2 c. diced celery
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. slivered almonds
2 c. broken chow mein noodles
1 c. melted butter
Preparation

Toss together lightly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into a 3-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle chow mein noodles over the top of casserole.
Drizzle with the melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
