Easy White Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
4 c. warm water
1 1/2 c. powdered milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
2 Tbsp. salt
12 c. flour
Preparation

Combine warm water with yeast until dissolved.
Combine with melted shortening.
Mix flour, milk, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
Slowly add water and shortening mixture.
Knead in mixing bowl for 5 minutes.
Allow dough to rise to double its size, then punch down.
Place in bread pans and let rise to double its size. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Makes 3 loaves.
